Carolina Panthers

Sometimes in life you do get what you want!  For North Carolina football fans their dream came true on October 26, 1993.  The National Football League (NFL) unanimously selected North Carolina as the 28th NFL franchise!  The dream for a NC Football team began over six years earlier by Owner/Founder Jerry Richardson.  Two years after that Charlotte, NC was selected to be the home of the privately financed NFL stadium.   Over 41,000 Private Seat Licenses were booked the first day.  That’s a lot of people excited about Carolina Football!

The open-air Bank of America Stadium is the home of the Carolina Panthers.  The stadium is located between Interstate 277, Mint, Graham and Morehead streets in the Center City of Charlotte, NC.  Tours of Bank of America Stadium are available to the public.  Groups of 10 or less don’t require reservations.  Arrive by 9:45am at the Ticket Office and your tour will begin at 10am.

Once you’ve purchased your tickets and arrived at the game we hope you’ll ROAR the Panther’s to victory, but don’t let that roar come from your tummy!  While enjoying the game and cheering on your favorite players you won’t go hungry.  Concession stands offer a variety of food to satisfy the tastes of most everyone.  Pizza, barbecue, ice cream, subs, hot dogs and more…this stadium will have something your taste buds crave on game day. 

Do your kids want to play professional football when they grow up?  If so the Carolina Panthers offer a program called the Panthers Experience for children ages 6 to 13.  The program is a series of interactive games that test children’s skills on the football field, including accuracy in throwing, catching and passing the ball.   These games are great fun for you and your family.  They also make great memories, so don’t forget your camera!
